Selena is a part of the Patient Billing Support team at Inbox Health. A recent graduate from SCSU, Selena applies her communication and collaborative skills, in both Spanish and English, to assist patients and her team in finding resolutions. Coming from a strong customer service background, she provides top-quality support via phone and digital communications, being able to come up with a plan for even the most complicated situation. When she isn’t working on providing the best patient experience, Selena likes to partake in photography or explore new restaurants as well as find new experiences at home or abroad!
