Absolutely. Inbox Health's Benefitly includes a full scheduling suite that integrates natively with our patient check-in features. We can even import existing patients, automatically batch insurance for upcoming appointments, and help you process payments. If that's all you need to keep your practice humming, you're good to go!


Most of them! We have relationships with hundreds of commercial payers, and public payers like Medicare and Medicaid. Our clearinghouse partners are always adding more payer relationships, so if we're missing critical payers we'll be sure we get a connection to them soon.


Our team is on call to answer patient questions most of the day. We train our team in the ins and outs of insurance, so they can help answer patient questions, and clarify insurance basics. Some questions can only be answered by the insurance company, but we do our best to take the burden off your staff to explain patient benefits to them.


Hopefully it simplifies it! With our premium integration partners we can automate most tasks, from sending patients their check-in reminder, to inputting their data into your existing system. We have lots of ways you can view and manage patient information to make it convenient for you to oversee patient check-ins, payments, and benefits.


We use SMS (text) messages and email messages in a HIPAA compliant manner to let your patients know that early check-in is available for their appointment. Patient's can have their preferences changed in Inbox Health's provider application to change how we contact them, or, when available, we will pull existing contact preferences in from an integrated external managment system.

Pricing for Benefitly is based on the number of providers at your practice. All payments will be auto-billed monthly and charged to a credit card, debit card, or bank account on file with Inbox Health. You will receive a receipt via email for each transaction.


Any web browser or mobile device is able to access Benefitly. We've worked hard to make the process very friendly for mobile users, and compatible with as many browsers as possible. Due to security constraints, we only support Internet Explorer versions 10+. All other major browsers work with Benefitly.


Yes. We've created lots of basic forms, but there are tools available to create your own custom forms, and we can even have our implementation team work with you to create some.


We have lots of integrations in place and in progress. Use our chat tool in the bottom right to ask about integrations with your EHR or PM system.


Yes. Inbox Health can also allow you to collect payment in the office. We allow you to store patient credit, debit, and HSA cards on file, send digital receipts, and even collect the patients signature on a smart phone or tablet.


HIPAA compliance and security are two things we take very seriously, Inbox Health was designed with today's regulations in mind. Your data is treated with bank-like security, encrypted at all times and regularly backed up. We monitor and log activity to be sure there isn't any improper access, and carefully control access to our data and offices. If you have more questions or concerns email us at Team@InboxHealth.com.
